Vehicles are a huge part of most people’s lives. You use your vehicle to take your kids to school or camp, take yourself to work, shopping, and on vacation. So when something goes amiss with your vehicle it can throw a wrench in the day to day life. For many people, the hardest part of getting their vehicle into the shop is that they can not get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life to drop their vehicle off and make accommodations for a ride or rental during business hours. This is why here at Eurasian Auto Repair we have put a system in place for the convenience of you, our customer. This system is known as our after hours key drop which allows you to drop off your vehicle at any day or time.
The steps for our after-hours key drop are simple, here is how it works:
- Pull the key drop box open from the top to open it. Inside you will find envelopes and pens.
- Completely fill out the necessary information on the envelope and place your keys inside of the envelope.
- Leave the car parking in our parking lot.
- Place the completely filled out envelope with your keys inside in the slot below the words “drop keys here”
- Done!
Our next operating day we will begin working on your vehicle based on the on the notes and comments you leave us on the form. Whether we are diagnosing a problem, repairing a known problem, or regular service maintenance you can expect to hear from us with the status of your vehicle every step of the way.
