"Excellent service and willing to talk with me as often as needed. You are quite expensive in my assessment though....about double what a small private mechanic would charge. You provide the value for sure, so I am not insulting your prices. It's merely a matter of whether a person in my income bracket can afford you. 2-3 repairs in your shop, and I would be way in the financial hole on my vehicles, unable to sell them without losing a lot of money. So that's how I assess the choice of whether to use Eurasian or not. However, when a problem is complicated and persistent, I would come to Eurasian to get to the bottom of it. Now....your last repair caused other things to break on my vehicle. It would have been nice to be forewarned. For example, most shops will warn against a transmission fluid change on high mileage transmissions.....perhaps you could have anticipated my catalytic converter failure given the valve lash repair coupled with catalytic codes in the computer....my catalytic failed within 100 miles of the valve lash repair! I would give 5 stars if you demonstrated concern for my pocketbook....maybe don't charge me a diag fee on my Honda electrical problem (because I told you where to look), or no diag fee on Chevrolet fuel pump repair (because its such a common and obvious problem). Little things like that would go a long way to solidifying my desire to work with you. But I feel my wallet is the last concern on your mind.... On balance however, I am convinced that, mechanically speaking, you do an honest job as well as you can."
Thank you for your comments. After reviewing your invoice there was a catalytic convertor failure code that was relied to you and was documented. We are here to help you resolve your car concerns.
