"matt and the other people there were very professional, polite, patient and friendly. my jaguar had a bad front shock and I took it there after looking them up on the internet. matt wrote up the work order and told me that after the car was checked out he would call me and let know what they found wrong and how much it would cost to repair. about 3 hours later matt called me and informed me on the cost of the repair. I gave him the okay to fix it. I left my car there around 9:30 a.m. on 9/25/15. the next day matt called me to tell give me an update on how the repairs were going. later that afternoon he called me again to let me know that my car would be ready by 4:30 p.m. I picked up my car and it felt great. it did not bounce anymore. since my car was already there being repaired I told matt to also replace the other front shock. I am satisfied with their work. they did a good job and it cost me a lot less than it would have if the jaguar dealer had done the work."
