We are searching for a candidate that wants to grow with our company. You will be a good fit if you can:

• Greet customers and be the absolute point of contact from intake to release of their vehicles
• Understand and relay car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete in a specialized system
• Order necessary parts from suppliers and follow through until delivered to technicians
• Ensure that automotive work and service provided to customers meet standards
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
• Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
• May be required to attend classes (paid) (via Zoom)

As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our automotive repair facility. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as assisting with heavy lifting and yard work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of equipment and supplies as needed.
• Help maintain inventory of vehicles and parking lot tidiness
• Perform outdoor tasks such as oil removal, landscaping, and general yard work.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as required.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their vehicle repair process. • Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, coordinating with the service, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, updating them on the progress of their vehicle repairs and addressing any additional needs or changes.
• Provide detailed explanations of repair estimates, services performed, and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to reach a satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with the service technicians and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient workflow.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and billing information.
