I came into town with my Air Suspension failed on my Mercedes GL-450 after another shop worked on it a few days earlier. I was leaving in a few days so a timely repair was imperative. I called 4 places and got just voicemail, none ever responded. I left messages. I saw Eurasian Auto Repair – NE and from the reviews I got a good feeling they wouldn’t overcharge and had the expertise and they didn’t disappoint. They corrected what was done wrong, replaced damaged parts at a amazing price. I left the vehicle for my daughter and told her any repairs take it to Eurasian Auto Repair – NE and no where else. There were two other issus missed on the car and I had the take care of them. Can’t say enough how I appreciate finding Eurasian Auto Repair – NE. Thank you so much!

More than a label

I took my car here for a large coolant leak which was causing the car to overheat. They were efficient, flexible and reliable. I was able to review diagnostics and progress on my car from my phone as they kept me updated and involved with the whole repair process. They do have AutoPass and accept affirm for as financing. Towing was charged via repair costs, diagnostics fee was waived and my car was looked at 1-2 months later for coolant leak

Rob and the team at Eurasian Auto provide exceptional service, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Rob helped me baby my 2006 Element for 100k miles, keeping her in perfect condition the whole way. Over the years they replaced her AC unit, her alternator, her entire brake system, put in a new catalytic converter — everything. It’s so important to trust your mechanic!! I know I’ve been easily taken advantage of in the past because my car knowledge is so basic. But Eurasian always explains everything in detail before we decide together what to take care of and what we can put off a while, the whole time keeping costs within my budget. So many times my car comes back washed, or her innards cleaned — extra touches that I truly appreciate. Eurasian looks after my mom’s Lexus and my best friend’s Kia. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Roger, the Manager, kept me informed on a daily basis on the problems with my vehicle and the parts needed to repair the vehicle, which included the cost of everything that needed to be done when inspecting my vehicle. Thank you to Eurasian Auto for a great job on my 2010 Mercedes. I had it towed in (60 miles) after hours so the nightly key drop box was convenient. I received the diagnosis just a hour after they opened. Ordered/received the parts to replace the alternator and headrest that day and ready for pick up the following morning. These guys over there are very friendly and helpful. They installed my lights on the front of my Jeep gladiator and then were able to do an alignment on my Mercedes. I’d hit a chug hole and it was pulling a little bit and they were able to take care of it and bring it right back to Mercedes specs. Having them in the neighborhood is a real plus now. My BMW 3-series had a catastrophic engine failure while I was visiting San Antonio (I had driven from Colorado Springs.) I selected to have it towed to Eurasian Auto Repair based on their positive Google reviews. The diagnosis for my car was not great–but Rob and his team made a really difficult situation a bit more tolerable because of their patience, kindness and clear communication. I ended up donating my car to Texas Public Radio, and they were totally okay with leaving the car on their lot until it could be towed. I really can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of this entire team. The shop is immaculate also. Go there–there are a great team!!

I value their honesty, pricing and effort to identify the squeaking sound when the car is in reverse in the a.m. While the exact cause was not identified they took time to be certain my breaks are fine. They oiled all components and as of now the sound has stopped. I was encouraged to bring car back if sound continues.

This was my first visit to Eurasian. I took our KIA Sorento to the location on I35. I really appreciated how Roger explained what was going on with the transmission and what they could do. He took his time in educating me with his knowledge. A totally different experience which I encountered at a dealership which was so sad. It’s nice to find a business like Eurasian and pleased with the outcome and the service provided.

I have a 2011 Mini Cooper that needed to have the Steering Wheel angle sensor programmed. I had tried a couple shops that claimed to be ‘Mini specialist’ and they turned me away without even looking at the car. The gentlemen at Eurasian said that they would attempt to program it. I dropped the car off, they were extremely professional and set a clear expectation of what I could expect. The car is now programmed and works perfect. I highly recommend these guys for your car maintenance!

Roger and the team at Eurasian Auto Repair-NE did an amazing job in taking car of my 2008 Nissan Altima. I needed the AC lines and hoses replaced and recharged, my door lock fixed, my check engine light diagnosed and fixed, my light bulbs replaced, my muffler tail pipe hung up, rear brake job and major front end suspension work. They replaced both sway bars, idler arms and ball joints. They took care of it in about 5 working days. I have a starting issue that is probably caused my my after market alarm but everything works great and it handles splendidly after I replaced two old dry tires. I’d definitely go back if I needed anything else repaired on my car.
